Conferences

Mary White College is able to accommodate small and large groups for conferences, functions and meetings. Conferences can include catering packages as well as on-campus accommodation right where your event is being held.

Our facilities include:

• Dining Hall to seat up to 230 people for sit down meals and events.
• Large room to seat up to 100 people theatre style or 40 people board room style.
• Four seminar rooms for smaller meetings and concurrent sessions seating up to 30 people theatre style or 15 people board room style.
• A variety of more than 200 rooms to meet all budgets, ranging from premium double motel style rooms to single rooms with shared bathroom facilities.
• Catering packages which include anything from a small fruit or cheese platter to three course dinners.
• Outdoor BBQ area and courtyard.
• Audio-visual facilities including projector, laptop and flat-screen TVs.
