The Classification system

Professor Anderson's office 1981

An original system of Classification was devised by Alison (Dare) Hughes for the printed materials in the Gordon Anderson Collection to take into account the unique nature of the Collection. The physical layout is designed to facilitate browsing in broad subject areas. The Collection is arranged in six basic sections.
