- All UNE staff - academic and general staff, and entitled to use the Library's facilities
- Your staff card is your library card, and your library ID is the number at the bottom of your staff card.

Borrowing |

Getting Online |
- Your UNE username and password will give you access to our online resources
- All our electronic resources (including journals and eBooks) are listed in the catalogue.

Printing and Copying in the Library |
- Your staff card can be used as a photocopier or print card provided it has funds attached
- You will need to associate your ID with your card - we also have a handout on this at the Service Desk
- You must organise payment for copying and printing with your school. Scanning is free and is sent to your UNE email account.

Do You Need Research or Teaching Material in the Library? |
- To organise for items to be purchased for the Library, contact your Library Liaison Officer
- Add items to eReserve - a collection of online resources (articles, book chapters, web pages) which academics have identified for use in courses. Link from your Blackboard course to eReserve directly.
- Add items to the Open Reserve - a collection of high use items identified by academics. Items have short term loans only.

Interlibrary Loans |
- Through our interlibrary loan service, books, book chapters and articles are availble to academic and general staff for a small fee.

Other Library Services |
- The Faculty Librarians and Liaison Librarians offer services to academic staff to assist their research and teaching. Some of these services include:
- Embedded information literacy (online or face-to-face)
- Single session information literacy sessions
- eSkills and eSkillsPlus - online tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate students
- assistance identifying and purchasing resources
- Endnote classes for your School or discipline group
- Endnote support and trouble shooting
- Assistance and training in citation searching, JCR and ERA.
