How can we help?
The University Library provides two service points where you can access assistance. These are the Service Desks at Dixson Library and the Law Library.
The Dixson Library Service Desk is currently located in the foyer of the Library's Ground Floor.
The friendly staff at both Service Desks will do their best to answer your enquiries.
Making enquiries
Any library-related questions can be asked during opening hours.
In addition, you can contact Dixson Library on 02 6773 2458 (extn 2458) or the Law Library on 02 6773 2322. You can also send messages using the Ask a Librarian service.
Computer-related problems
During term time, a member of the IT Service Desk staff is generally on hand at the Service Desk. This service is available until 7.00 pm Monday to Thursdays and until 5.00 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).
