What is my quota?
Library-funded requests are limited by quotas. Once you have exceeded your quota, you will need to fund all further requests.

Payment options
Payment options include:
- credit card (MasterCard and VISA only)
- charge to a UNE account number
- invoicing. Please note invoices attract an additional charge of $5.50 (GST inclusive).
How do I collect my request?
Electronic copies are sent to your UNE email address. If you are on campus, we will send an email to your UNE account when a book or other item arrives. You can then pick up this item in person from the Service Desk in the Library.
If you live at a distance, we will send the item to you by mail.
What about the return of physical items?
Items on loan must be returned to the Document Services Unit before the due date. The address for all returns is:
