Ordering photocopies

How do I make copy requests?
Requests for photocopies can be made by means of a Web-based form. If you have problems using the Web-based form, this is an alternative.
What sorts of items are copied for me?
The Library provides photocopies of a range of material from our collections. This material includes:
- journal articles
- chapters from books (including those in the Reserve Collection)
- conference papers
- government legislation
- material on microfiche or microfilm
- a legal case.
When photocopying on behalf of external students, the Library must comply with the Copyright Act. This means that, according to the Act, you can request:
- a chapter or 10% of pages (whichever is the greater) from books, and
- one article from a journal
- one legal case from a law report.
What is the turnaround time?
If the item you require is available to be copied, the copy will normally be despatched within two days.
Where do I get further information?
If you require additional information, please email offcamp@une.edu.au or ring the Service Desk on (02) 6773 2458.
