The Copyright Act allows us to copy on your behalf, one chapter or 10% of a book, whichever is the greater, and one article from an issue of a journal or more if the articles are for the same course of study or research. Sending this request is a declaration that the material is for research or private study and that you have not been previously supplied with a copy of this item.
The University of New England Library reserves the right to refuse a copying request if, in its judgement, fulfillment of the request would involve infringement of Australian copyright law.
