Joining the library as a Community Borrower enables you to access the library and its interlibrary loans services. You also have walk-in access to a number of our subscribed online databases.

Fees and charges

There is an annual fee of $82.50 (GST inclusive) for in-person borrowers. Concessional membership for $27.50 (GST inclusive) and no-charge memberships are also available. For further details, click on the Application Form icon below.

Additional charges may apply, including fees for the late renewal or late return of borrowed books, and for interlibrary loan requests.

How to apply

• Ask for an application form by contacting the Service Desk on 02 6773 2458 or download and print the Application Form above.
• Fill in the form and attach a recent colour passport photograph (scanned images are not accepted), a cheque for payment (if applicable) and proof of eligibility for concessional or no-charge membership.
• Please send the completed form with attachments to the: Loans Team, University Library, University of New England NSW 2351.

Cheques should be made out to the University of New England.

When your ID Card is ready, we will send it to your postal address enclosing information about the Library and your borrowing privileges. You can borrow as soon as you receive your card.
