Go to http://www.une.edu.au/library/.
Click on Catalogue.
Type organizational change in the first box. Change the search type to Subject.
Press the <Enter> key.
For items of interest click on the word items to check if they are available or on loan.

Findings: "The paper highlights a shift of emphases in organizational change due to environmental imperatives. In particular, it reveals a move from problem-centred, discrete interventions to a focus on continuous improvements. Go to the University Library Resources page.
Select Emerald from the Most Popular Databases list on the right.
Enter your UNE username and password when prompted.
Type organizational change in the first box. Change the box to the right to search Keywords. Tick the Phrase box.
This search will find over 1,700 articles.
Refine it by adding search words, eg future, to the second box and change that line to search All fields (excluding full text).
Look below the search boxes and mark the radio button next to My subscribed journals.
Click on the Search.

To display an article click on View HTML or View PDF. If you need to know exact page numbers for referencing, it's best to use PDF format. This uses Acrobat Reader software available for free from http://www.adobe.com.

Expanded Academic

Go to the University Library Resources page.
Select Expanded Academic from the Most Popular Databases list on the right.
Enter your UNE username and password when prompted.
Click on Proceed.
Click on Submit.
Type organizational change and (analysis or management) in the search box.
Click on More search options and mark the box next to "to documents with full text".
Marking the box for peer-reviewed will ensure academic sources only.
Click on Search.

To view the article, click on the PDF link beneath the citation or on the article title.
You may read it online, or choose from the retrieval choices to print or save a copy. To print PDFs use the print icon within your Adobe Reader. To print non PDF, use Expanded Academic's print button above the blue menu at th top.

Some articles are indexed in Expanded Academic, but are not available in full text there. If you display a reference in Expanded Academic and there is no full text offered click .

ProQuest

Go to the University Library Resources page.
Select ProQuest from the Most Popular Databases list.
Enter your UNE username and password when prompted.

Type organizational change in the first search box. Use the drop down arrow to change it to search in the Subject field.
Select options from the dropdown menu for date range.
Mark the box next to Full text documents only.
Mark the box for Scholarly journals to ensure academic sources only.
Click on the search button.

This search finds over 5,500 full text scholarly articles!! Have a think about terms to add to bring it more closely to your interest areas. ProQuest makes search suggestions and you can add terms to your search by scrolling to the bottom of the first page of results.

To view an article from the list given, click on the article title or a
format icon.

2. For Australian information use Informit.

Go to the University Library Resources page.
Select Informit from the Most Popular Databases list on the right.
Enter your UNE username and password when prompted.
Mark the boxes next to APA-FT - Australian Public Affairs – Full Text.
Click on the Start Searching button.

Type organisation* or management or administration in the first search box. Click on the drop down arrow and scroll down to select Subject (Major and Minor) as your search type.
Type change or future or trends in the second search box. Leave it to search any field.
Tick the Publication Year box and change the dates if you want to limit the date range.
Click 'Search'.

To view articles available in full text in this database, click on the 'Full Text PDF' link beneath the citation. For others, click on to locate full text elsewhere or to search the Library Catalogue to see if we have it in paper format.

Try other searches with terms you think may work.

Click on the 'Logout' button at the top right of the screen to finish.
