Bills
ACT Legislation Register includes current Bills before the ACT Legislative Assembly. In addition, this source provides an annual listing of the Bills presented to the Assembly, Bills passed and awaiting notification, and a listing of Bills discharged or negatived.
The Library does not hold these titles in hard copy
Explanatory Statements
Most (but not all) Bills have Explanatory Statements. These are available with the Bill from the ACT Legislation Register.

The latest Budget Papers are on the Internet. The Library does not hold this title in hard copy
Bylaws
The ACT Parliament does not make bylaws.
Debates
The ACT House of Assembly Hansard is on the Web at the ACT Parliament site for 1995 onwards. This source includes indexes and a search function.
The Library holds copies of the ACT G ansard from 26 May 1975–2 May 1979 at D328.94702/A938h. Copies of the Hansard from 29 June 1979–17 June 1986 are held at D328.94702/A9381h. Indexes are included with these bound volumes.
Government directories
The ACT Government Directory is available online.
Government Gazettes
Current issues of the ACT Government Gazetter are available online.
Copies of the Gazette from no 1 (May 1989) to no 51 (Dec. 1993) are held at D354.947/A938. Indexes are in the back of the volume for December of each year.

Regulations
In ACT terminology, the different forms of subordinate legislation are termed legislative instruments (following recent Commonwealth practice). Legislative instruments — both current and repealed — are available from the ACT Legislative Register.
The Library holds the Laws of the Australian Capital Territory for 1939–1959 at D349.947/A932. The Laws of the Australian Capital Territory (1960 – ) are found at D349.947/A937. Both publications include regulations made before self-government.
