Letters Room Booking Form

The Letters Room in Dixson Library is frequently used for Library classes and is primarily for larger groups. It is therefore not available on the Library's direct booking system, but application can be made on the form below. The Letters Room is appropriate for groups of more than 15 people. Groups of fewer than 15 can use the Learning Commons booking system to book an appropriate space in the Commons.

Using the kitchen facilities requires you to provide your own food, drink and utensils. You must clean the kitchen and remove rubbish to bins in the Learning Commons. Please DO NOT turn off the refrigerator.

If you require computer facilities or Internet access, you must contact the Library's Systems Officers on 3552/3230 at least a week prior to the event to ensure that your requirements can be met. It may be necessary to arrange a short training session.
