Combining concepts

Another approach is to start with a mind map. Mind maps are a valuable tool, as they allow you to see the links between different pieces of information in a clear, concise manner.

  • go to the section titled 'Making mind maps from reading' (Chapter 5.6 p.59)
  • look at the examples of mind maps (especially the one on p.62)
  • try and create your own mind map to combine some concepts you have in mind for an essay
