Support in the CommonsLibrary Service Desk
The Library Service Desk in the Commons provides a service point where you can gain assistance in relation to the library and its services.
The friendly staff at the Service Desks will do their best to answer your enquiries during opening hours. The Service Desk number is 02 6773 2458 (extn 2458). Distance Student Enquiries are toll free on 1800 059 735.

Student Central
Student Central provides you with a focal point of contact for all your administrative enquiries, from questions about potential courses through to graduation.
A member of the Student Central staff is normally available at the Service Desk in the Commons from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM, Monday to Friday.

IT Service Desk
The IT Service Desk has an office in the Learning Commons. During term and Intensive Schools, face-to-face support is available in the Commons from 8.30 AM to 9.00 PM weekdays and 1.00 PM to 5.00 PM on weekends.
During vacation, IT support in the Commons is from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM weekdays only.
