Mr Eburn joined the School of Law after working in private practice. His special interests are Health Law and Ethics, Law of Rescue, Criminal Law and Procedure. He is the author of Emergency Law (1999; 2nd ed, 2005) and Criminal Law and Procedure in New South Wales (with Dr Robert Hayes) (2002; 2nd ed, 2006). His current teaching commitments are LS480 Advanced Research Writing and Advocacy and LS160 Criminal Law and Procedure.
