John joined the Law School in August 2004. Prior to that time, he practiced as a lawyer for 18 years in both regional and metropolitan firms, principally in the areas of Commercial Law and Property Law.
John’s teaching and research interests are in Property Law and Intellectual Property Law.
Current research interests include a collaborative project with the Ag Law Centre regarding usufructuary rights.
John is a member of the School’s Teaching & Learning Committee and the University’s Student Disciplinary Committee. He is also a member of the Earle Page College Senior Common Room.
