Student Behavioural Misconduct Rules

The University has rules that govern student conduct. These rules are designed to ensure that all students are free to study in an environment that is free of violence, harassment and intimidation. They are also designed to protect the good name of the University. Breach of the rules for student conduct can lead to a range of penalties ranging from a caution, a fine and up to exclusion from the University. The Student Behavioural Misconduct Rules are available in the University Handbook and on-line at UNE’s Student Policies page.
