Special Extension of Time
Where, due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you have been unable to complete work in a unit by the due date, you may wish to apply, on a form available from the Student Centre for a Special Extension of Time.
Note that, in the first instance, you would ordinarily make an application for an extension under the School’s Assignment Extension Policy. You should only need to make an application for a Special Extension of Time in extraordinary circumstances, eg where you need an extension beyond the commencement of the examinations period.
