Undergraduate Law Courses

The School of Law offers undergraduate law degrees to both on-campus and off-campus students in programs that use technology combined with sound teaching practices to deliver high quality courses for our students. All law units feature an online presence, and most courses have supplementary reading materials. Students are able to take advantage of a state-of-the-art electronic moot court. The law degree may be undertaken by itself, or as a double degree. The School's students come from various backgrounds, including school leavers, graduates in other disciplines, and students with relevant work experience. More than three-quarters of our students undertake their studies by part-time distance education, residing elsewhere in Australia or overseas.

Application forms for external admission (for those with a 3 year degree) are available from our admission website. Applications for external admission for first semester close on 30 November, for second semester on 31 May, and for summer semester on 31 October (late applications may be considered).

All internal undergraduate applications (ie school leavers) must be made through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) or the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC).

The School of Law offers current and prospective students the following options of, and information about, undergraduate study.
