The University of New England uses a web proxy to gaining access to the internet. The proxy stores pages that have been previously loaded so that request for the same page loads faster. To configure the proxy settings please select the appropriate web-browser bellow. College student can configure the proxy setting once and take there computer anywhere within the university without altering the settings. Students that come between the university and home will need to active and de-activate these proxy settings, by add or removing the tick box, so that these settings will not interfere with home internet settings. |
