Step 1 - Setting up An Account


Welcome to "Getting Started" for students.

Through these series of step new and returning students will find the information needed to obtain access to the UNE computer network and other IT services. If you experience difficulties or would like more information regarding any of these steps please contact the IT Service Desk.

Students:

You will be able to register for your account as soon as your enrolment has been processed by the Student Centre and your enrolment period has started. Please visit our online registration page and follow the prompts on the page to register. Once you submitted your online request, your account will be available to you in about two hours. This will give you access to the internet, online teaching resources, library resources and email.

If you are under 18, you will need to provide a form signed by your parent or guardian before UNE can grant you access to the general internet (all other access will be available to you). You can download the form from here.

Returning students that have forgotten their password and/or there username please go to the registration page and follow the prompts to register your new password or to find your username.

Once you have obtained your username and password you will be able to gain access to the UNE systems.
