On-site Desktop Support
The IT Service Desk has arrangements with a number of suppliers for the on-site desktop support. If you experience a problem that cannot resolved over the phone or by email but instead requires attention at your desk, please contact the IT Service Desk (x5000, servicedesk@une.edu.au) and we will organise a visit from a technician for you.
Please note that charges apply for this service and that we will require a costcode before work can commence.
