Faculty of The Professions

If you need support at your desk, please contact Bernie Groen (Ext. 2859) or Rob Webster (Ext. 3699) if you have a PC or Don Parsons if you have a Macintosh.

Financial Services

A support agreement through ITD is currently in place. If you need help at your desk, please contact the IT Service Desk on Ext. 5000, or email servicedesk@une.edu.au. You will be offered a choice of service providers.

 

HR

On-site support for HR is handled through ITD (with an external contractor as the provider). Authorisation from Mark Kneen, James Simmons or Garry Cameron is required before on-site support can be arranged. Please contact them first for approval / cost code information before contacting the IT Service Desk.

 

Library

Please contact Noelene Egan (Ext. 3552) or Craig Stainton (Ext. 3230) if you require desktop support on a library computer.

 

Student Administration

Residences

Teaching and Learning Centre

On-site support for TLC is handled through ITD (with Mac1 as the provider). Authorisation from Sue Rutten or Rupert Collister is required before on-site support can be arranged. Please contact them first for approval / cost code information before contacting the IT Service Desk.

Planning / RMO

A support agreement through ITD is currently in place. If you need help at your desk, please contact the IT Service Desk on Ext. 5000, or email servicedesk@une.edu.au.

Research Services

On-site support for Research Services is handled through ITD. Please contact Fiona Pearson first for approval / costcode information before contacting the ITD Service Desk to arrange a support call.

MPA

International Precinct
