Step 1 - Setting up an Account

Welcome to "Getting started" for Staff.
Through these series of step we will provide you with the information you will need to get access to the UNE computer network and Internet services. If you experience difficulties or would like more information regarding any of these steps please contact the IT service desk, Ext. 5000.

Staff Members:

If you are a new member of staff, we will be able to activate your UNE account as soon as you have received your staff number and your details have been entered on the HR system(this usually happens on the first day of your employment, but might be later if paperwork is delayed).

Ask your supervisor to complete the new account request form and come over to the IT Service Desk on the Ground Floor of the IT Building to register for a basic account.

Some other accounts available to staff members:

WebKiosk (HR self service access to payslips etc):
Please contact hr-support@une.edu.au with your username to set up a WebKiosk account

Finance One (Finance System at UNE)
Please complete the online account request form on the Finance Website.

Callista (Student Information System)
Please complete the online account request form on the Callista Website

Trim (Records Management System)
Please contact the Record Management Office to request an account.

To be entered in the online and print phonebooks, you will also need to email phonebook@une.edu.au with your details to be included.

Special Registrations:

Special registration accounts can be set up on request for people who require access to UNE electronic services but are neither staff members nor students at UNE. These accounts need to be requested by a department / school at UNE by completing the account request form. Once the form is completed, please come to the IT Service Desk to set up the account.
