Voicemail

A feature of the University's telephone system is Voicemail. If you are busy or unable to answer a call, the system allows callers to leave you a private voice message. You can listen to the message later, while at your desk or you can access your mailbox from any touch-tone phone 24 hours a day. You are able to customize your mailbox to suit your requirements and, if at any time your requirements change, the system is flexible and user friendly to enable you to change your mailbox setup at any time. Easy to understand voice prompts guide you through the selection of each available option. If you require further information or assistance, please contact the Service Desk on ext 5000.
