LAN Settings for OS X
If you are using OSX. Click on the Apple menu and select System Preferences:
Click on the Network icon and select "New Location" from the Location dropdown. Name your new location "UNE-LAN".
Configure the network settings as in the screenshot below (You only need to pick the "Using DHCP" option from the dropdown, don't add an IP address, subnet mask or gateway, these details will get picked up from the server after a restart) Close all windows and restart to complete the network configuration.
