Setting Up Webkiosk/Finance One

Earlier version of OSX have problems displaying the menus of web-based programs such as Finance One or Webkiosk properly. If you are using OSX but are not on the latest version, you will need to use a Citrix connection to connect to Webkiosk and Finance One to access these programs.

If, however, you are running OS10.3 (Panther) or later with the latest version of Safari and the latest version of Java - you will be able to use at least WebKiosk without any problems.

  • You will need to save these Default Settings. In the main Citrix ICA Client Editor window, you may then select the Published Application Radio Button and select from the list of applications available by clicking on the double-arrows to the right of the Server text box. After setting other optional parameters, this settings file can be saved for future use.
  • Alternatively, you may download a predefined connection file for your application from this page and drop it onto (open with) the Citrix ICA Client Editor to customise for your use.
  • After the installation is complete, open the Citrix ICA Client folder in your Applications folder and then open the Citrix Client Editor
