Hardware Purchases
UNE has entered arrangments with two preferred suppliers - Dell for Wintel computers and Apple for Apple computers. Please refer to our purchasing website for information on the ordering process and the standard suite of desktop / laptop computers available to UNE.
Hardware Support
The Service Desk no longer provides hardware repair / warranty services. We will continue to assist people with diagnosis of computer hardware problems, but cannot provide repairs for machines.
For warranty repairs, please call the manufactures' numbers below to organise a service visit or, in the case of Apple, contact the Mac1 on-campus store to arrange for warranty repairs.
If you would like to organise a support visit to your desk to assess a problems and/or organise a repair, please have a look at the on-site support arrangments for your area.
