    Getting email when Off Campus

When you are using your own computer you can still retrieve your email from UNE using Outlook or Eudora as you do when you are on campus but you must use your service provider's settings to send outgoing email.
This means that your settings will be:
POP3 or Incoming Mail Server: mail.une.edu.au
SMTP or Outgoing Mail Server: whatever your ISP's setting is

If you are using an Internet cafe or other 'public' computer you can check your email using Squirrelmail (sometimes called Webmail).
