AV Support
ITD supports the audio-visual facilities in the bookable teaching spaces on campus.
Amongst the facilities supported are:
- PCs/Macs in the teaching spaces
- AMX consoles
- Data projectors
- Smartboards / Electronic Whiteboards
If you have any questions about the use of the equipment or would like to report a problem, please contact the AV Support Team on x 2489, by email to av-staff@une.edu.au or via AskUNE.
AV support is available between 8.45am and 5.00pm.
AV Events
Are you planning or having an event? If you need support from our IT Audio Visual team please let us know as soon as possible when you are planning the event. Our AV team is small (with only 1.5 full-time people supplemented by casual staff) so while we like to be there to support you, we do need some notice to make sure that resources can be available.
If we receive less than 2 business days notice of an event we will still try to help you but we cannot guarantee to what level that support will happen. Please let us know as early as possible – you can send your booking enquiry by email to av-support@une.edu.au with the dates, venue and support you think you will need.
Please make sure that you have confirmation that resources are available before your formalise your event with publication or advertising.
