What is it	Provision of a Standard Software Load on new Windows PCs, including the operating system and a suite of standard applications used at UNE
What is included	Activities: Management of preferred supplier arrangements for desktop hardware. Setting up and updating the image for Windows PCs.
How is it charged	Unit Type (primary cost driver)	Unit Rate
	Available to University Staff when purchasing a new computer	Centrally Funded
How cost can be influenced/IT Initiatives	Purchase standard hardware supplied under contract by a preferred vendor.
