Computer Labs

Computer Labs is part of the Teaching Space Services Set.

What is it	Provision of laboratories equiped with technolgy for teaching as well as open-access labs.
What is included	Technology: 40 computers in open-access lab plus 11 computers in IT Training lab. Server infrastructure to host lab images. Activities: Maintenance of labs, including updates to software installed. Support for users of labs through the IT Service Desk.
How is it charged	Unit Type (primary cost driver)	Unit Rate

How cost can be influenced/IT Initiatives	Numbers of computers in the labs are reviewed regularly and adjusted according to usage and other developments (Learning Commons).
