Exchange User Guides
Instructions for how to perform a number of common tasks within Exchange can be found below. If the answer to your question cannot be found in any of the documentation below, please don't hesitate to contact the Exchange team on Extn. 2551, or contact the IT Service Desk on Extn. 5000 or email servicedesk@une.edu.au.
Please note: Only UNE staff who have been migrated across to the new MS Exchange email server will be able to use these instructions. If you are a student, or your department has yet to be migrated, please refer instead to the settings for the old email server, found here.
Exchange will only work in Outlook 2007 (PC) or Entourage 2008 (Mac). These instructions assume that you are running whichever of these applications is appropriate for your machine. Software is available from the IT Service Desk (ground floor of the IT Building) if you need to upgrade.
