Service Conditions
Support hours 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Standard Response: Work will commence within 24 hours of the work request being received by the contractor.
Critical Response: Work will commence within 1 hour of the work request being received by the contractor.
