Lazenby Hall and Annex is located adjacent to the University Union Bistro and currently holds a public performance license to seat no more than 938 patrons. (Please note maximum seating in Lazenby is currently 856 due to stage extension).

The Balcony contains seating for 96 patrons on three levels. Once the seats are removed the tiers can be retracted. The flat floor area located in front of the raked seating contains seating for 284 patrons, once the chairs are removed this area becomes a performance area which is popular with musicians. Raked seating to the rear of the auditorium provides seating for 572 patrons. Once the chairs have been removed the raked levels are retracted to expose a completely flat auditorium floor.

Lazenby Hall remains popular with Hirers because of its size and its lively acoustics which suit most music presentation. Lazenby has a small sound and lighting rig for day to day needs which also satisfies a non-demanding Hirer.
