OHS Commitment to Service Quality
The Human Resource Services Directorate is committed to service quality and continuous improvement.
In addition to progressing a business process review, the Directorate has also established a Stakeholder Review Group to regularly review HRS service quality against the HRS Service Level Provision Statement and to recommend changes as necessary to ensure maintenance of standards of service quality. The Stakeholder Review Group meets quarterly. The membership of the Group is:
- Director, HRS;
- Two (2) Directors from central administration areas;
- Two (2) Transitional Heads of School;
- One (1) faculty resources staff member from each of the proposed Faculties.
