Academic Promotion 2012
The annual wash-up to consider the Academic Promotions Policy will commence 23 February 2012 and the new Academic Promotions Policy is anticipated to be approved around April 2012 with the call for applications to be announced shortly after policy approval.
Please be aware that Academic Promotions Policy, Procedures, Application form and other documentation will be updated to reflect any changes in the policy.
Academic staff intending to apply for promotion in 2012 should ensure they have submitted a request to have an evaluation of their teaching conducted to David Lucas, Coporate Intelligence Unit, x2951, email evaluati@une.edu.au. The 2011 Promotion Policy states that "Applicants are required to provide at least three UNE-recognised Student Evaluation of Teaching reports over a range of years, including an evaluation from the most recent teaching semester/trimester."
