Administrative positions
The following position statements refer to the general scope of tasks and responsibilities for positions focused upon administrative duties at each level of the HEO Classification scale. Please note that they are generic position statements. For other than fixed term non-advertised roles, there is an expectation that the statements will be amended to include details that are specific to the job.
Over the course of administrative staff reviews, suites of position statements for each School have been developed - and in an effort to maintain consistency and parity of position levels across the University, the Classifications Unit has developed a suite of more 'School specific' administrative roles. Please contact the Classifications Unit to discuss or obtain copies of these position statements.
