Director, Human Resource Services
Dear Colleagues,
After more than six years as Director, Human Resource Services, Kristin Adair is leaving UNE to pursue other interests in Sydney.
Kristin has, in conjunction with her team, led a number of key HR projects at UNE. These include negotiating two rounds of Enterprise Bargaining, successfully gaining two years of "Kemp" [productivity] funding, and two successful rounds of gaining HEWRRs funding.
Kristin has overseen appreciable change across the University. She worked extremely hard, often in stressful circumstances. Her expert contributions will be greatly missed. We wish her all the best in her future role.
Bronwyn Pearson will be Acting Director, HRS, commencing Friday, 2 February, 2007.
