New Senior Industrial Relations Officer
HR is pleased to advise that Mr Frank Strbik has commenced duties as Senior Industrial Relations Officer.
Frank has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sydney majoring in Industrial Relations, Economic History and Philosophy and comes to us from the NSW Premier's Department where he worked in a similar industrial role. He therefore has a wealth of experience in NSW Government policy and procedures as well as the interpretation and analysis of legislation, awards and enterprise agreements.
In addition to dealing with his share of the normal run-of-the-mill industrial enquiries, Frank will be responsible for negotiating our new Enterprise Agreements and implementing the current ones.
