Payment Summaries 2004/2005
The pay period ending 23 June 2005 is the last pay for the current tax year. Please be aware that any outstanding pay claims that are NOT paid as part of the pay ended 23 June 2005 will NOT be inlcuded in the Payment Summaries for 2004/2005.
Web Kiosk will again be the preferred option to provide staff with their Payment Summary records for tax return purposes. At this stage we expect that payment summaries will be made available between 7 July and 14 July.
We are therefore requesting that all staff review their access to Web Kiosk to confirm you can login successfully. Any staff member who cannot access Web Kiosk or experiences password problems should email hr-support@une.edu.au for access to be arranged.
Staff who specifically require a hard copy Payment Summary mailed out to them should email hr-support@une.edu.au or alternatively send a written request to Human Resource Services.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
To ensure correct address details are recorded on payment summaries all staff should review postal and home address details currently on file in our database.
You can verify these details by the following means:
- For Web Kiosk Users:
- Login to Web Kiosk
- Go to Personal Information >> Personal Deatils >> Contact Details
- If the data recorded is incorrect you can amend this information online.
- Alternatively please advise Human Resource Services in writing and we will amend the records for you.
- For staff receiving Hard Copy Payslips:
- Check the reverse side of your payslip and this information can be found at the bottom of the page.
- If this data is incorrect please forward a written request to Human Resource Services for amendments to be made.
