Web Kiosk allows staff to view personal information for:
- Pay Advice
- Leave Balances
- Payroll Bank Details
- Payroll Deductions
- Payment Summaries (Group Certificates)
It also allows staff to change their Web Kiosk password.
The data displayed is current production data from the Alesco HRMIS system. If you find any errors you should advise HRS staff as soon as possible.
In the near future your access will be increased to enable you to change and update your information. Eventually you will have the ability to apply for leave and have it approved online, enter timesheets to be authorised by your supervisor, etc.
HRS will advise Web Kiosk users as additional functionality is activated.
Getting Access to Web Kiosk
To setup access to Web Kiosk, please send a request to hr-support@une.edu.au and include your Name and Staff Number. Once access to Web Kiosk has been setup you will be contacted by HRS to inform you of your password and instructions about how to use the kiosk.
Software Required to use Web Kiosk
PC Users
- Windows NT or Windows 2000 or Windows XP; and
- Internet Explorer version 4.0.1 with Service Pack 1 and greater; or
- Netscape version 4.0.8 and greater.
Mac Users
- OS 9.x with Internet Explorer 5.x. This is the supported combination for accessing Web Kiosk at UNE.
ITD will endeavour to assist users on more recent non supported platforms (eg. OS 10.x, Netscape 4.x, etc.) but cannot guarantee achieving a workable solution.
Other web browsers may be suitable but are not necessarily supported at UNE.
Navigation
To navigate through Web Kiosk simply click on the menus and pages on the left side of the page.
Other menus can be accessed from a bar at the top of the page. You can use the back button of your browser to return to a previous menu.
