Enterprise Bargaining 2012
Enterprise bargaining will commence again in 2012. The nominal expiry dates of the two Agreements are:
- UNE Academic Staff - Union Collective Agreement 2010-2012 - nominally expires on 30 June 2012
- UNE General Staff and ELC Teachers Collective Agreement 2009-2012 - nominally expires on 3 November 2012
Both of these Agreements remain legally enforceable until replaced by another Agreement approved by Fair Work Australia. They can be found on the Human Resource Services web page here.
