Sinclair (1809-1899), sometime vicar of Uralla and later a settler and police magistrate at Dalby, Qld., Including a pocket-book relating to land matters at Dalby in the 1860's. (iii) records of "Kalanga" (formerly "Bellvue", this proper ty was selected from "Waterloo" at the same time as "Balaclava" - which it adjoins). The "Kalanga" records include an account book (c.1905), a photo of the homestead and a diary of Christina Cameron (wife of the Reverend. Archibald Cameron), written at "K alanga". | KATER FAMILY PAPERS, EGELEBRA AND MUMBLEBONE STATIONS | Short typescript histories of the stud sheep flocks bred at "Egelebra" and 'Mumblebone", two properties in the Warren district of N.S.W., owned by the Kater family. The history of the "Egelebra" stud was written by Mr. E.H. Wass (general manager of H.E. K ater & Son Pty. Ltd.) In 1917, and that of the "Mumblebone" Stud, by E.H. Kater (undated). Also two short biographies, one of Sir. Norman Kater, reprinted from the Pastoral Review, 18 May, 1962 and the other of Reverend Samuel Marsden (by Sir. | KEMP FAMILY PAPERS | The correspondences and business papers of the Kemp family, one of the earliest families to settle in the Macleay district. Among the family and business correspondences is a letter, dated 1814, to a Lieutenant Kemp from the future King William IV of Eng land. The business papers also contain a wide variety of material including the accounts of sales for three different properties, miscellaneous legal papers and the receipts for purchases between 1860 and 1886. 1 Folder | 1814-1901 | A321 |
| KEMP FAMILY PAPERS, MACLEAY DISTRICT | The farm diaries (or journals) and letterbooks of R.A.H. Kemp viz. Diaries (3 vols) 1863-1870, 1871-1894 and 1894-1915; letterbooks (3 vols) containing copies of business letters sent by R.A.H. Kemp, and covering the periods (i) 1862-1866 (ii) 1860-1869 a nd (iii) 1894-1915. It is not clear why the first and second volumes were in use concurrently; a few of the letters for 1862-1863 in (ii) were signed by Maria S. Kemp. There are also a few memoranda and a letter re: alleged irregularities and delays in re ference to his accounts as Land Agent, written by J.B.
