Simulation Resource Booking Form

Faculty and staff for new courses or curriculum will be required to attend an instructor training course and/or simulation training course. The courses will be an opportunity for users to acquire help in the planning of their scenarios and debriefing strategies.

Explain how many groups/scenarios you will be running. i.e. "Group 1 with 10 participants will run 4 scenarios from 8-10. Group 2 with 10 participants will run the same 4 scenarios from 10-12." Or, "We will have 12 participants divided into three groups that will be running simultaneously. Group 1 will have scenario 1, group 2 will have scenario 2, and group 3 will be performing task 1. Groups will rotate stations every 30 minutes."
