GSB 674 The Educational Administrator and the Law
A basic knowledge of the law relating to educational organisations is becoming increasingly important for administrators. This unit introduces students to the legal context of their administrative practice; and inter alia aims to give them insights into such issues as discrimination; confidentiality and disclosure; student, parental, employer and employee rights and responsibilities; and legal disputes and their resolution.
