Graduate Certificate in Project Management

Students who have completed the Diploma and Strategic and Planning Leadership program Strategic and Planning Leadership program or Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Project Management through UNE Partnerships (UNEP) and who have met the GSB work experience entry requirements can apply for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Project Management. Upon entry they will be granted two units of credit into the Graduate Certificate and will be required to complete a further two units from the following: -

  • GSB 702 Fundamentals of Accounting and Finance for Managers.
  • GSB 721 Processes of Management.
  • GSB 731 Marketing Management.
  • GSB 738 Organisational Behaviour.
  • GSB 741 Management Information Systems.
  • GSB 751 Business Ethics.
  • GSB 781 Special Topic in Organisational Action Learning.
  • GSB 782 Action Learning Project.


    Alternatively, students may complete all of their units as part of the Graduate School of Business. They will be required to complete GSB 724 Project Management and any three of the above units.


Candidates who complete the Graduate Certificate in Project Management with a grade average of credit or better are eligible to apply for entry to the MBA.
