Master of Training and Development
The course has been redesigned to take further advantage of the strengths of a business‐oriented degree while meeting the contemporary training and development needs of the Australian Defence Force (ADF), VET sector, and other relevant public sector organisations. It brings together a highly structured program that integrates adult education in the School of Education with human resource development, management, professional ethics, and organisational studies in the School of Business, Economics and Public Policy.
