Master of Strategic Organisational Development
The Master of Strategic Organisational Development is specifically designed to meet the needs of professionals who are either currently practising or wish to practise in the field of organisational development and / or human resource management.
The program comprises two awards that allow different entry and exit points for students:
Master of Strategic Organisational Development (12 units)
Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (4 units)
Applicants who hold an undergraduate degree and three years relevant work experience can gain entry directly to the Master of Strategic Organisational Development. Applicants with three years relevant work experience can enter the program through the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. On completion of the Graduate Certificate with a grade average of credit students are eligible to move on to the Master of Strategic Organisational Development.
This course is available on a fee-paying basis only. Students are expected to complete this program in up to 6 years of part-time study.

Entry Requirements
Applicants for admission to candidature for the degree of Master of Strategic Organisational Development shall:
- have fulfilled all the requirements for admission to a degree or qualification of equivalent standing at this or another university or tertiary institution; or
- have completed The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at UNE with a minimum Credit grade average, normally in the first four units completed towards the Graduate Certificate.
In addition, applicants for admission to candidature must provide evidence of at least three years’ work experience in a field of employment approved by the Faculty on the recommendation of the Program Director.

- Certified (notarised) copy of your Identification (eg: passport)
- Certified (notarised) copies of academic records
- A personal Statement covering areas such as:
Your most significant experiences or achievements to date;
Your long-term objectives and your expectations of this degree in fulfilling these
objectives;
Where you see yourself five years from now;
Any other information you consider relevant to your admission.
Evidence of English Language Proficiency if previous studies were not in English.
