Master of Leadership
This course takes advantage of the strengths of a business oriented degree while meeting the contemporary organisational leadership needs of the 21st Century. It is offered with a generalist stream or in either of two majors: change management or higher education.
All students complete four core units.
The generalist stream allows students to select four electives from a range of units.
The change management major is geared toward mid-managers who recognise the need to further develop their leadership skills in improving organisational adaptability, flexibility, sustainability, and capacity.
The higher education major concerns higher education leadership, comparative education research, system, and policy studies with emphasis placed on knowledge production and contemporary educational issues and trends of the Asia‐Pacific region.
This 48 credit point (8 units) program is offered by distance education by part-time studies on a Full-Fee basis.
