Graduate Diploma in Management
This award enables students to develop a range of management skills. Students select 8 units from approximately 60 units offered by the Graduate School of Business. Students may choose from broad management subjects or may choose to specialize in an area such as Marketing or Human Resource Management. This degree serves as an entry and an exit point for the Master of Business Administration.

To satisfy the requirements for the Graduate Diploma in Management, a candidate must complete eight units from the Master of Business Administration. Students must complete the Diploma in no more than twelve trimesters. While students may complete any eight units with due consideration of prerequisites, it is suggested that students complete the core requirements of the MBA program as follows: |

Suggested study plan
Students may select units depending on their preferred mode of study. Part time students may choose to undertake only one unit per trimester with due consideration of prerequisite requirements. This information can be found in the Course and Unit Catalogue.

Entry Requirements
Applicants for admission to candidature for the Graduate Diploma in Management must have:
- have fulfilled all the requirements for admission to a degree or qualification of equivalent standing at this or another university or tertiary institution; OR
- completed the Graduate Certificate in Management with at least a credit average in the overall results of the four units required.
In addition, applicants must provide evidence of at least three years appropriate experience in a field of employment approved by the Director of the GSB.

- A personal Statement covering areas such as:
Your most significant experiences or achievements to date
Your long-term objectives and your expectations of this degree in fulfilling these
objectives;
Where you see yourself five years from now;
Any other information you consider relevant to your admission.
Evidence of English Language Proficiency if previous studies were not in English.
